PM Tool Steel

PM Tool Steel refers to tool steels produced using powder metallurgy (PM) technology, an advanced manufacturing process that atomizes molten steel into fine powders and consolidates them through hot isostatic pressing or similar methods. This process produces a highly uniform microstructure with finely distributed carbides, resulting in superior mechanical properties compared with conventional ingot-cast tool steels.
