1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eway Steel's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Eway Steel provides tool steel supply services including:

• Custom cutting of tool steel blanks
• Heat treatment services (vacuum and controlled atmosphere)
• Six-side grinding and finishing
• Material sourcing and integrated processing

3. Orders and Quotations

All orders are subject to acceptance by Eway Steel. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted based on material availability, specifications, and processing requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and requirements. Changes to orders after confirmation may result in additional charges or delivery delays.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Eway Steel reserves the right to require advance payment or deposits for new customers or large orders. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

Delivery times are estimates based on current processing capacity and material availability. Eway Steel will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery dates but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failure, or force majeure events.

6. Quality and Specifications

Eway Steel commits to supplying materials that meet agreed specifications and industry standards. Material certifications will be provided upon request where available.

Customers must inspect materials upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 7 days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our services, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. Returns are only accepted for materials that do not meet agreed specifications, subject to inspection and verification.

Return shipping costs for approved returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eway Steel's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective materials. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or indirect costs arising from the use of our materials or services. Customers are responsible for verifying material suitability for their specific applications.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Eway Steel's website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Eway Steel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Confidentiality

Eway Steel respects customer confidentiality and will not disclose customer specifications, drawings, or project details to third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary for order fulfillment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Kunshan, Jiangsu.

12. Changes to Terms

Eway Steel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
